How to Order
The flow from your inquiry to delivery of your parts.
From inquiry to delivery
STEP 1
Inquiry
Please contact us first by phone or our online form. A drawing helps us give a more accurate quotation. We reply to email inquiries within 3 business days.
STEP 2
Quotation
We review your drawing, assess whether we can handle it, and provide a quotation.
STEP 3
Forging approval drawing
Based on the drawing you provide, we create a forging approval drawing suited to forging.
STEP 4
Meeting
Using the approval drawing, we hold a detailed meeting to meet your requirements. Please share any requests with us.
STEP 5
Die design & manufacturing
We review the forging method in-house, create the die design in 3D CAD, and machine the die. Skilled engineers make fine adjustments by hand.
STEP 6
Prototyping
We prototype the part in the forging process and provide samples for your review.
STEP 7
Mass production
Once you are satisfied, we deliver the parts in your ordered lot size and lead time.
If you do not receive a reply to a form inquiry within 3 business days, please contact us by phone.
Frequently asked questions
Common questions before ordering. For anything not covered here, please feel free to contact us.
Can you handle small lots?
Yes. Because we procure and manage steel materials in-house, we can handle small-lot orders without waste. Please feel free to consult us from prototypes and small quantities.
Can you make dies only?
Yes. We design and manufacture forging dies entirely in-house and accept die-only orders. High-precision design is possible with our 3D CAD/CAM system.
Can I consult you without drawings?
Please feel free to contact us first by phone or email. We can also propose and draft part drawings suited to forging.
How long does delivery take?
From the initial meeting to mass production, the shortest lead time is about four weeks. Our integrated production enables short lead times.
What steel materials can you forge?
We hot-forge a wide range of steels, including SS (rolled steel for general structures), S-C (carbon steel for machine structures), SCM (chromium-molybdenum steel), SUJ (high-carbon chromium bearing steel), and SUS (stainless steel).
What is your delivery area?
We deliver throughout the Kanto region with our own vehicles, on your preferred date. We also accommodate urgent and distant requests on a case-by-case basis.
How do you ensure quality?
We are ISO 9001 certified. In addition to visual inspection with dedicated gauges, we use magnetic particle testing to detect flaws, supporting safety-critical parts that demand high quality.
